We offer a no-questions-asked, 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all direct purchases because we believe in our products and want you to experience them risk-free. This policy outlines the terms for cancellations, returns, and refunds across all sales channels.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Direct Orders (viapiel.com): If you wish to cancel an order placed through our website, please contact us as soon as possible at support@viapiel.com. Orders that have not yet shipped can be canceled for a full refund. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, but you may initiate a return upon receipt (see below).
Amazon Orders: Orders placed through Amazon are subject to Amazon’s cancellation policies. Please refer to your Amazon order details or contact Amazon Customer Service directly for cancellation requests.
Wholesale / B2B Orders: Wholesale orders may be canceled within 24 hours of order confirmation, provided the order has not entered fulfillment. Cancellations after this window may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%. Please contact us directly for wholesale cancellation requests.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY — 30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
We want you to love your Via Piel experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30 days no-questions-asked return policy from the date of delivery on all orders placed through viapiel.com.
Eligible for Return: Any Via Piel product purchased through viapiel.com within 30 days of delivery, opened or unopened. Whether you used one patch or the entire pouch, we honor your return. Products received damaged or defective during shipping are also eligible (please photograph the damage upon receipt).
Not Eligible for Return: Products returned after the 30-day window. Free samples, promotional items, or gift-with-purchase items. Orders placed through Amazon (see Amazon Purchases section below).
Important Product Note: Via Piel Nano-Curcumin Patches are cosmetic wellness products intended for external topical use. They are not drugs, supplements, medical devices, or OTC products. We encourage you to try your patches with confidence, our satisfaction guarantee means there is no risk in giving them a fair try.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
Step 1: Contact us at support@viapiel.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. No explanation needed, we respect your decision.
Step 2: Our team will promptly provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
Step 3: Ship the item(s) back in their original packaging with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Returns sent without a valid RMA number may be refused or delayed.
REFUNDS
Once we receive your returned item(s), your refund will be processed promptly.
Approved Refunds: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Partial Refunds: In certain situations, we may offer partial refunds at our discretion—for example, for items returned in less-than-original condition that are still unopened but show signs of external packaging damage.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@viapiel.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs showing the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.
EXCHANGES
We currently handle exchanges on a case-by-case basis. If you would like to exchange a product for a different Via Piel variant (e.g., exchanging Cool for XL), please contact us at support@viapiel.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
AMAZON PURCHASES
Products purchased through Amazon must follow Amazon’s return and refund policies. Please initiate your return through your Amazon account or contact Amazon Customer Service. We are unable to process returns or refunds for Amazon orders directly.
WHOLESALE & RETAIL PARTNER RETURNS
Returns from wholesale and retail partners are governed by the terms outlined in the applicable wholesale agreement. Standard wholesale return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Restocking fees may apply. Products must be in original, unopened, resalable condition. Please contact us directly for wholesale return coordination.
