Thank you for shopping with Via Piel. We take care in packaging and shipping every order so that your Nano-Curcumin Patches arrive in perfect condition. Below you will find everything you need to know about our shipping practices, timelines, and costs.
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders placed through viapiel.com are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a second notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends and holidays will begin processing the next business day.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories. All domestic orders are fulfilled directly by Via Piel. We use Shippo to compare real-time rates across multiple carriers (including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL) and select the best option for each shipment based on speed, cost, and destination. Your specific carrier will be identified in your shipping confirmation email.
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days from the ship date. A flat shipping fee of $5.00 applies to orders under $75.
Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2–3 business days from the ship date. Available at an additional cost calculated at checkout. Not available for P.O. boxes.
Free Shipping Threshold: Orders totaling $75 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the continental United States. This offer applies to viapiel.com orders only and cannot be combined with other promotions unless otherwise stated.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, Via Piel ships only within the United States. We are actively exploring international shipping options and hope to expand to additional countries in the near future. Please check back or subscribe to our newsletter for updates.
AMAZON ORDERS
Orders placed through Amazon are fulfilled and shipped according to Amazon’s shipping policies and timelines. Shipping speed, cost, and delivery estimates for Amazon orders are determined at checkout on Amazon.com. For questions about shipping on an Amazon order, please refer to your Amazon order details or contact Amazon Customer Service directly.
WHOLESALE & B2B SHIPPING
Shipping for wholesale and retail partner orders is arranged on a case-by-case basis and governed by the terms of the applicable wholesale agreement. Standard wholesale orders typically ship within 3–5 business days of order confirmation. Shipping costs for wholesale orders may be prepaid, billed separately, or included in the order total depending on the agreement terms. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active in the carrier’s system.
If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@viapiel.com with your order number and we will look into it promptly.
SHIPPING DELAYS & ISSUES
Carrier Delays: While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier volume, or other factors beyond our control. Via Piel is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been handed off to the shipping carrier.
Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Via Piel is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and your local carrier. If the package cannot be located, contact us at info@viapiel.com within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and, at our discretion, may send a replacement or issue a refund.
Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and product and contact us at info@viapiel.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. Please refer to our Cancellation & Return Policy for full details.
PACKAGING
All Via Piel orders are carefully packaged to protect the integrity of our Nano-Curcumin Patches during transit. Our patches are sealed in individual pouches to maintain freshness and product quality. We strive to use minimal, recyclable packaging materials wherever possible.
ORDER MODIFICATIONS
If you need to modify your order (change shipping address, add or remove items, etc.), please contact us at info@viapiel.com as soon as possible. We can accommodate changes only if the order has not yet entered fulfillment. Once an order has been packed and labeled for shipment, modifications are no longer possible.
