FREQUENTLY ASKED
QUESTIONS

  • How to take off the patch?
First, make it fast. If the adhesive is too strong, try cooling it down with some ice cubes. Make sure not to wet it. Alternatively, rub the patch with some oil. Let it sink and pull it fast.
  • Is it okay to get the patch wet in the shower or while swimming?
Yes. The adhesive on the patch is designed to be water-resistant, allowing it to stay attached to the skin even when it gets wet during activities like showering or swimming. This feature enables the patch to continue to deliver the medication effectively despite exposure to water.
  • Where can I apply the patch on my body?
In case of muscle strains in your hand, arm, neck, back, calves, etc., we recommend placing the patch on the affected area. The patch is for external use only.
  • How long should I use the patch?
As long as the patch appears yellow and the adhesive is effective, it should be fine. However, we recommend replacing the patch if you experience any discomfort.
  • What medical condition will the patch help?
Our patch is designed to help manage pain and discomfort associated with various medical conditions, such as arthritis, muscle strains, and chronic pain conditions.
